Nicely maintained outdoor area with beautiful buildings and flowers. Staff is friendly and patient. Good location with a pool overlooking the beach. Well-rounded food options with fresh fruit and veg. Close to bars and restaurants.

Unbelievably good service from hotel staff especially at mealtimes and the animation team worked extremely hard to engage guests. Lovely place for families with kids compared to other places close by (e.g. Malia clearly caters to the twenty-something crowd and a busy nightlife). Mostly non-English hotel guests (mostly Russian, some Italian) though we personally didn't mind this at all and enjoyed the diverse group.

Wi-Fi didn't work for the duration of the stay, though I did get pretty good wired internet access on request. The all-inclusive menu is quite decent, though it can get repetitive after a few days.

We were there with 4 children and had an excellent stay. The hotel looked very nice, the rooms (junior suites) were big and clean. The pool was not heated and that was in the beginning of mai a little cold. It was very near by the sea, just al small road with little traffic between the hotel and the beach. For family's with little childeren and also with bigger children an excellent choice. Little shops were nereby, a lot to see and do. Animation was nice for the childeren. We had a very pleasent stay. The food (all inclusive) was good, after a week it was enough, for two weeks to much the same, but we don't eat meat so for us it's maybe al little different. The beds were good, the bedbank in the room was not very nice.

One of the highlights of this hotel is the spa with an indoor pool. After a long day of meetings, I found relaxation and rejuvenation in the serene environment of the spa. The indoor pool provided the perfect place to unwind and release any stress. It truly added a touch of luxury to my stay, and I would highly recommend indulging in this delightful feature.

The family room, while generally comfortable, had one minor drawback.

The setting was very pleasant. I thought that all the staff were extremely polite and pleasant. They were friendly and related well to guests. I enjoyed the water aerobics and yoga especially.

There was a lack of adult entertainment which was surprising for a hotel of this size. In the main bar there was a piano but it was only used once during my 10 day stay for a very poor show. Even in the theatre after the show there should have been some adult music I felt.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic, all staff were very friendly. There was eight of us in a group and there was not a complaint out of any of us. We were the only irish people stayiny there.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really enjoyed the friendly and courteous staff. They were always attentive and went out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant experience. The rooms were also clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the hotel's location was fantastic, offering stunning sea views and a quiet atmosphere.

The lack of included drinks in the all-inclusive package. Another drawback was the limited variety of food offered during the Christmas period.

I would strongly recommend this hotel for families with young children. Animation group works hard to entertain adults as well. Food at the main restaurant is to everybody's taste, what can't be said about the restaurant a la carte. Excellent sandy beach, hundreds of tavernas nearby.We really enjoyed our 10 days stay.

With its location just across from the public beach, this hotel provides easy access to the coast of the sea, which is great for water activities. The cleanliness of this hotel is impressive, with well-maintained facilities and lovely gardens filled with flowers and fruit trees. The staff are amazing and always helpful, and the restaurant serves delightful breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant that tasted amazing.

This cozy hotel on a narrow path by the sea offers a comfortable stay in a quiet location within walking distance to restaurants and bars. With a nice garden, beautiful beachfront views, and well-maintained facilities, the hotel provides a welcoming atmosphere. The friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and excellent food selection add to a pleasant stay.

The hotel may be situated too close to a busy road, causing noise disturbance for some guests.

Excellent location, straight at the beach, close to town and excellent for daytrips (for instance watercity was very nice with the kids). Food and all-in are good. Beautiful room. Was a very relaxing and nice stay.

It was surprising that some of the personnel was not friendly at all, do not understand that management allows this in this type of hotel, gives a bad impression. While some other personnel was very friendly.
